Supertrend Setup
Supertrend Setup is very powerful indicator working perfectly in trending markets. It easily identifies trend and gives you buy or sell signals.
For bigger sensitivity we use 3 Supertrends at the same time and we consider trend confirmation only if all 3 Supertrends turn the same color.
All 3 Supertrends are GREEN = Bullish confirmation
All 3 Supertrends are RED = Bearish confirmation
For even higher accuracy of our Supertrend Setup we have added additional conditions to recognize only strong entry points:
- Bullish/Bearish Trend (50 EMA is above/below 200 EMA) – this confirms the trend
- Candle Close above/below 50 EMA – this filters only strong trend situations
- Value of RSI – to see if there is way to go before we get oversold/overbought
- Side trend and low volume elimination conditions
Bullish Supertrend Setup
