- What is the ZEUS Affiliate program
The ZEUS Affiliate Program allows you to share your unique reference/link with your customers, followers or other audience in order for us to have the opportunity to enter into an agreement to provide Premium Services and thus earn a commission on each paid Premium Subscription to a new subscriber of our Premium Services (a new User of the Service Premium), which you mediated on the basis of your link. The right to a commission does not arise for referral of a new User of free services provided by our company.
- How do I know that a new User came through my affiliate link or my recommendation
When concluding a cooperation agreement within the ZEUS Affiliate program, we will generate a unique link for you, which you will use to promote our services. The link contains a unique coding key, on the basis of which we can clearly determine the source from which the new User came to our website. The unique link is valid continuously, so if a new User came to our Website using your link and set up an Account on our Website, this User will be considered your ZEUS Affiliate lead, unless he already had an Account set up before using your link.
The second option is in the case of using a special promotional code, which will be generated only for the given ZEUS Affiliate partner and will be unchangeable. The above applies similarly here.
- What conditions must be met in order to become a ZEUS Affiliate Partner
Any natural person (over the age of 16) or legal entity who is interested in promoting the services provided by our company on the Web or through a public or private account on Telegram, and which consist in using the Software’s functionalities, can become a partner of the ZEUS Affiliate program. Our ZEUS Affliate program is intended for influencers, content makers and other groups who know how to convey our services to their followers, subscribers or customers through their own marketing channel.
A potential ZEUS Affiliate Partner does not have to be an active User of the Premium service, but must have an account on the Website and must understand the principles of operation of our Website and Software and the terms and conditions of the provision of Services, especially the Premium Service.
Our company reserves the right to individually assess the suitability of an applicant for cooperation in the ZEUS Affiliate program and reserves the right to reject a request for cooperation in the ZEUS Affiliate program without any justification.
- How to join the ZEUS Affiliate program
You can join our ZEUS Affiliate program by filling out a short form on our website at https://zeusmarketalerts.com/affiliate-program/ or by contacting the ZEUS Bot on Telegram and then agreeing to the Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and these ZEUS Affiliate program rules.
- Agreement on cooperation in the ZEUS Affiliate Program
By approving the User’s request for cooperation in the ZEUS Affiliate Program by BN Group, a contract for cooperation in the ZEUS Affiliate Program is concluded. The cooperation agreement is concluded for an indefinite period.
- Appropriateness of terminology used by ZEUS Affiliate Program partners
All types of promotion of services using text, audio or graphic media are allowed, however ZEUS Affiliate partners undertake to promote services using only true data regarding the scope, manner and conditions of provision of Services.
Prohibited forms of promotion:
- Falsely promoting or intentionally misrepresenting, misleading or incompletely interpreting our services,
- posting your own link to promote our services as an advertisement in search engines such as Google, Bing, Baidu, etc.,
- bulk account registrations using “phishing” websites containing referral links, posting referral links as search engine ads,
- any other activity related to illegal, fraudulent or malicious purposes.
- How much is the commission for referring a new User
Each ZEUS Affiliate partner is entitled to a commission in the amount of 30% of the amount of the Subscription for the Premium service without VAT paid by the new User of the Premium service. The amount of the Subscription consists of the basis of tax and VAT according to the state of permanent residence of the new User.
The amount of the commission is therefore calculated as 30% of the amount of the Subscription without VAT.
The right to a commission arises at the moment of payment of the Subscription by the mediated new User.
- When and how the commission is paid for the referral of a new User
The commission is paid in total for all business cases mediated and fulfilled in a given calendar month, always by the 5th working day of the following calendar month to the bank account of the ZEUS Affiliate Partner listed on the Account on the Web. A ZEUS Affiliate partner can check the summary of the commission in individual calendar months on his Account.
- Termination of cooperation in the ZEUS Affiliate Program
A ZEUS Affiliate Partner has the right to request termination of cooperation in the ZEUS Affiliate Program at any time by sending an email to support@zeusmarketalerts.com, without giving a reason. BN Group has the right to terminate cooperation at any time without giving a reason by means of a notice of termination sent electronically to the ZEUS Affiliate Partner’s email address listed on the Account on the Web. Cooperation ends on the last day of the month in which the partner requested termination of cooperation, or in which BN Group notified the ZEUS Affiliate Partner of the termination of cooperation, unless the parties agree otherwise. The commission to which the ZEUS Affiliate Partner was entitled in the last month of cooperation will be paid to the ZEUS Affiliate Partner in the following month after the end of the cooperation. After the termination of the cooperation agreement, the ZEUS Affiliate Partner is not entitled to further commission from the following business cases, even if, after the termination of the cooperation agreement, the Subscription is paid by the User, who was mediated by the ZEUS Affiliate Partner during the duration of the agreement.
BN Group has the right to immediately terminate cooperation with a ZEUS Affiliate Partner in the event of a breach of the obligations specified in point 6 of these Rules or in the event of a breach of the Terms of Use.
After the termination of the cooperation agreement, the ZEUS Affiliate Partner is not entitled to further commission from the following business cases, even if, after the termination of the cooperation agreement, the Subscription is paid by a new User who was mediated by the ZEUS Affiliate Partner during the duration of the agreement.
- Other provisions
BN Group reserves the right to cancel or change the rules of the ZEUS Affiliate program at its sole discretion.
